These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, orders and purchases of cat ladders and roof access systems from Dengtai (roofcatladder.com). They cover quote validity, payment, production, delivery, warranty and liability.

Quotations & Validity
- Itemized pricing
Quotes break down material, machining, surface treatment, packaging and profit line by line — no hidden line items.
- Validity confirmed on the PI
Quote validity is stated on the document and confirmed on your PI, to manage currency and raw-material risk. A fixed exchange-rate lock is available on request.
- Free drawing review
A free drawing review is included before final quotation so the specification — stile spacing, wall offset and fixing centres — matches your site requirements.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% against the copy of the bill of lading. Alternative structures are confirmed in writing on the PI:
- T/T 30/70 · others confirmed on the PI
The 30/70 split is the standard route, and T/T before shipment is negotiable for qualified accounts, with the exact split recorded on the Proforma Invoice.
- Bank details per PI
Banking details on the Proforma Invoice are the authoritative reference for all payments.
Production & Delivery
- Standard lead time
15–25 working days after drawing approval, depending on quantity and finishing.
- Express option
Expedited production in 10–15 working days; the surcharge is quoted on your PI.
- Hot-dip galvanizing
HDG treatment to ISO 1461 (85–100 µm) is included in the lead time quoted on your PI.
- Sections & Incoterms
Single sections up to 25 m — our maximum single transport section; taller climbs use intermediate rest platforms. EXW, FOB or CIF terms are offered — risk and responsibility transfer per the agreed Incoterms rule.
Warranty
- Warranty per the order contract
Each cat ladder's warranty terms are per the order contract, covering manufacturing quality.
- Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal use, site modification after delivery, or normal wear.
Compliance & Documentation
Every order ships with a full compliance file:
- Declaration of Conformity
DoC to the applicable standard for the order — OSHA 1910.28, EN ISO 14122-4, BS 4211 or AS 1657.
- Material certificate
MTC per EN 10204 3.1 for Q235B, SS304 or SS316 material, verification on stainless grades.
- Inspection records
Weld inspection records, dimension verification report, HDG coating thickness report, structural calculation sheet and packing list.
Liability
- Made to approved drawings
Custom cat ladders are manufactured to drawings approved by the buyer; approval locks the specification.
- Scope of liability
Our liability covers manufacturing quality; site installation, anchoring and ongoing maintenance are the buyer's responsibility.
- Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including raw-material shortages and transport disruption.
IP & General
- Intellectual property
Drawings and designs remain the intellectual property of Dengtai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
