Every Dengtai cat ladder can be built with a walkway transition, self-closing safety gate, landing platform, safety cage or guardrail — fabricated in-house so stile spacing, deck brackets and gate hinges always line up. An access route that fails inspection means stop-work orders and retrofit scaffolding at site rates.

Walkway & Transition Deck
600–800 mm walkway with kick plate, handrail and guardrail. Bolted to the ladder stiles and roof structure for a level step-off at the top of the climb.
Self-Closing Safety Gate
Double-leaf gate that swings shut automatically, matching BS 4211 and EN ISO 14122-4 fall protection at walkway and landing openings.
Landing Platform
Rest platforms every 25 m on tall runs, plus full landing platforms with toe boards for roof hatch and tank-top access.
Safety Cage & Hoops
Φ700 mm hoops starting from 2.2 m climb height, rated to 1.5 kN per rung. Fitted when clearance is too small for a fall-arrest rail.
Handrail & Guardrail
Top rail at 1100 mm with mid rail and toe board, welded in Q235B HDG or SS316 for walkway edges and open platforms.
Bolt-On Brackets & Fixings
Wall standoff 150–250 mm, parapet and roof brackets at ≤1500 mm centres, with SS304 bolt kits shipped for every configuration.

Maker-direct engineering: stiles, walkway brackets and gate hinges are fabricated on the same production line, so every joint, hole centre and grade is controlled before galvanizing. Choose Q235B hot-dip galvanized steel (HDG 85–100 µm per ISO 1461), SS304 or SS316 stainless verification.
