Once a fixed climb passes 3 m of exposed height (EN ISO 14122-4), you stop designing a ladder and start designing a fall protection system. We build the cage to the geometry — not the other way around. An access route that fails inspection means stop-work orders and retrofit scaffolding at site rates.
